Upon stepping outside, you`ll be greeted by not one, but two docks, extending over 200 feet of prime lake frontage. Here, your personal paradise beckons. Revel in an all-inclusive water toy package, providing access to paddle boats, kayaks, and a canoe, guaranteeing endless aquatic escapades for the entire family. The firepit area invites you to gather `round, roast marshmallows, and share stories under the starlit sky. Challenge your friends and family to a game of basketball or horseshoes in the outdoor court area. Sunrise Beach is a community located in Camden County, Missouri, situated along the shores of the Lake of the Ozarks. The Lake of the Ozarks is a popular recreational area known for its boating, fishing, and outdoor activities, you can enjoy most of these wile staying with us.

Sunrise Beach itself offers a range of amenities including marinas, boat ramps, restaurants, and shops catering to both residents and tourists. It`s a community known for its relaxed lakeside lifestyle and outdoor recreational opportunities.

Major roads in the area are accessible including Highway 5 and Highway 54, providing easy access to nearby towns and attractions.

NOTE: Pool is open seasonally from May 19th to Labor Day and is not heated or able to be heated. Swim at your own risk and liability.
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
No Events or Loud Music: We prioritize the comfort of our guests and neighbors.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additional visitors are not permitted.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited indoors and on balconies or decks.
Pet Policy: We regret to inform you that pets cannot be accommodated at this time.

Boating Information
Please note there is no boat ramp directly on the property. The nearest public boat launch we recommend is located at Papa Chubby`s, just a 5-minute boat ride from the home.

For any use of the docks or plans to bring a boat, advance notice of at least 7 days is required, as the owner may request specific boat measurements and details for approval.

Yellow Paddle: Currently it only has 3 seats

Pool Details
This property does not feature a heated pool. However, during the warmer months, the pool naturally stays at a comfortable temperature due to the seasonal climate.


Upon Departure: Please adhere to the designated checkout time to avoid extra charges. Late checkout fees may apply unless arranged in advance.
Feedback and Reviews: Guests who do not comply with house rules may forfeit the chance to leave a public review.
Booking Policies:

Age Requirement: Guests under 25 may need approval or face cancellation.

No Pet Policy To ensure the comfort, cleanliness, and allergy safety of all guests, pets are strictly prohibited at this property—no exceptions. Bringing a pet to the property is a direct violation of our house rules and will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Guests who disregard this policy will be required to vacate the property immediately upon discovery. In addition: A $650 non-refundable pet cleaning fee will be charged to cover the deep cleaning and sanitization required. Any additional damages caused by the pet will be billed to the guest accordingly. All reviews from violating guests will be reported and disqualified for breaching our house rules. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund. Guests who choose to ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery. In addition: A $650 non-refundable smoke remediation and cleaning fee will be charged to return the property to a clean, safe condition. Any additional damages or lingering odors caused by smoking or vaping will result in further charges. All reviews from violating guests will be reported and disqualified due to non-compliance with house rules. Quiet Hours Policy: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM This property observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful lakefront setting. Please help us be good community members by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours, including music, outdoor gatherings, and loud conversations. Violations of this policy will be handled as follows: First offense: You will receive one verbal warning via phone call or message. Continued noise after the warning will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. If a member of our team or local authorities is required to visit the property due to unanswered or unacknowledged contact attempts, a $200 noise complaint fee will be charged to your account. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the quality of the guest experience and maintain respectful relationships with our community.
No Parties or Unregistered Guests Policy This property has a strict no party and no unregistered guest policy. Gatherings, events, or additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation are not permitted under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund, and all guests will be required to vacate the property immediately. In addition: The reservation holder will be held financially responsible for all interior and exterior damages, including but not limited to furniture, flooring, walls, landscaping, and property contents. Great house just wish it was clean

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Lots to do and lots of great hangout spot. Main complaint was the cleanliness of the property. The floors were disgusting. Couldn’t put the baby down anywhere! Our feet/ socks turned black! Also it was fairly annoying we couldn’t use the counter tops in the kitchen. They are custom wood, so they had runners and cutting boards out. The whole kitchen was just a cuddled mess.

Paradise

We rented this house to celebrate my sisters bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been anymore perfect. We are all in our mid 30s so we were looking for more of a low key vibe and that is exactly what we got!! The house is like a private little oasis. We spent a ton of time by the pool and lake. The house offers everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and easy. We all wish we could have stayed longer. We plan on coming back next year for a long girls weekend!
