This 3-Level Lakefront Home provides 8 Bedrooms and 5 Full Baths with the accommodations and entertainment your group needs to thoroughly enjoy vacationing at the Lake of the Ozarks! The homeowners have truly created an "Experience" for our guests versus just a "Place to Stay".

Situated just inside Crabtree Cove along the 26 mile marker of the Lake of the Ozarks, you'll be close to many of the most popular attractions on the water! Our holiday weekend guests enjoy the massive fireworks display put on by the Margaritaville Resort just across the channel... Enjoy the view of the Lake from one of three Decks, while relaxing in the Hot Tub, warming up beside the Fire Pit, or while lounging on the Boat Dock!

Traveling with Large Groups takes significant preparation! Some serious thought went into preparing the house with amenities such as the oversized kitchen with twin refrigerators and ranges! The upper level also offers a small kitchenette with an additional refrigerator.

Our Guests truly appreciate the extra space in the house!

The Boat Dock provides two open slips sized 9x28 and 9x32’ for the boat(s) you bring along or rent during your stay. In addition, there are two PWC lifts for jet skis. The dock also features a sun deck area with ladder. You're welcome to use the Kayaks and Roll-Out Lily Pad. Our guests thoroughly enjoy swimming and playing in the lake. Bring those water-toys!

Parking:
The 2-car garage offers indoor parking for up to 2 vehicles. The driveway offers space for up to 4 additional vehicles and there is also off-street parking for 2 more vehicles if needed.

Groceries:
Don't worry about bringing groceries along - Woods Supermarket is less than 6 miles away...

Around Town:
The Entertainment & Attractions of Osage Beach and Camdenton are both within about a 20 minute drive... Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

Could not have asked for a better spot! The host was kind and responsive, the rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large group, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everything went perfectly! I would absolutely stay here again!

Well stocked supplies for cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of entertainment on site. Plenty of quality bath towels. Wi-Fi was a bit lacking. Many of the TVs never successfully loaded our apps the entire stay. Other than that, we have no complaints. We didn’t really need that much. Wi-Fi TV!

The outdoor space was great! Firewood was provided for the fire pit, the hot tub was wonderful, and the dock with the Lilly pad and other water toys was great. We also did all of our cooking in the kitchen and there was so many bowls/pans/cooking utensils. Having two ovens and stoves was also very helpful and the double fridge situation was amazing!Negatives were that there were several cobwebs in the lamps and a few other spots, but otherwise the house was clean.Also, don’t expect to get an early check-in time unless you are willing to pay extra. Even if it’s just a couple of hours and even if there hasn’t been anyone staying in the house in the previous days.

Nice place. Met our needs. Easy keyless entry. Kitchen is in the lower level but worked out great for us as it was closest to the dock. Enough space in the house for everyone. Centralized location whether on the water or by land. Manager was responsive with their communication.

Family Time

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed everything the house had to offer! We had 16 people aged 13-75 and we stayed busy the entire time. We had so much room to spread out in the house or be all together during mealtimes! The Miss PAC-man game was a huge hit and blast from the past. We also enjoyed the doc, lily pad and fishing from sun up to sun down! We had a blast!

Great house and location

This is a great house in a great spot on the lake. Only on Saturday did the waves from the main channel get the dock moving. Great dock for all kinds of activities. The lower leverl is set up perfectly for a group like ours. We will definitely stay here again!

Great for a big group

We traveled with four couples and loved the big kitchen and hot tub/patio. We especially loved having different areas in the house so we all felt like we had a place to hang both as a group and if we wanted to have a place to be alone.

Nice getaway

Everything was pretty good. We had just a couple of issues, but nothing we couldn’t fix and get back to our vacation. Kids loved all the games, pool table and space to spread out. There are a lot of steep stairs, but not unmanageable. Just a lot of work to get all the groceries to the bottom floor. Overall, everyone really enjoyed the property and we would stay again.

50th Birthday Celebration

This property was everything and more. From past experiences we came overly prepared but it has everything that you would need. Also, the grocery store is huge and has all your grocery needs, including by large alcohol section , so wait until you arrive to shop. The property manager was very responsive . Keep in mind this is a 3 story property and the main kitchen is on the bottom level.. we definitely got a workout over the weekend. We definitely be staying there again.

Great, entertaining, and comfortable house

House has a great set up for a large group. The gathering spaces are set up nice, the middle floor with the pool table and fusball was a lot of fun. The house was clean, slept us comfortably, and the owners/management responded quickly.

It is the perfect place to stay & spread out with family.

The kitchen was fabulous, we lacked for nothing. I ask for Christmas decorations and they went way above my expectations. The property was clean and served all our needs. Host was easy to work with. The weather wasn’t conducive to fishing, but managed a small amt. There was 10 of us and we loved our stay there. Thanks JanWould recommend it!!

Thanksgiving gathering

This lake house was even better than the pictures! Each room and bathroom was well stocked. Kitchen had all the tools we need to create meals for fourteen. Jason was prompt in answer any questions we had before coming down. He even surprised us with the house decorated for Christmas and a welcome bottle of wine and chocolate. Everyone was able to gather together or spend some quiet time in their room. Those who tried a bit of fishing were happy with the fire pit to warm up by. Lots of games were played late into the evening. The only caution is to get to the house there is a very steep hill which was a bit slick on the last day; summertime should be no problem. Everyone said we should come again. Thanks Jason for giving this family a fun-filled vacation.

Great place to spend time with friends

Great house but a lot of stairs. Rooms spread out on each level made it nice when it was time to step away and rest. Only issue was the hot water was not turned on prior to our arrival but was able to work with the property manager and figure it out relatively quickly.

Beautiful home!

We had a family trip of fourteen women ages 25-85. There are three levels to the house with bedrooms on each floor, which made it nice to be able to spread out. All eight bedrooms are large and comfortable and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is on the very bottom floor which walks out onto the dock. This house is beautiful. VERY clean. Well stocked kitchen with even some extras. Jason helped us with one issue and even called back to make sure the problem was resolved. I appreciated the phone call. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect LOTO House for a Family Gathering

This home was perfect for our family. There were 15 of us ages 10-82 and it met everyone's needs. The game room was super fun, especially after a big day on the lake. The kitchen was well supplied. The 4 garbage cans on each side of the island were a big hit! The eight bedrooms and 5 baths were clean and everyone said their beds were super comfortable. We did run out of TP by day 4, but Woods Grocery Store is only 10 minutes away. It was also very nice to have a garage - 2 of our families were able to park in the garage - left room in the drive for the additional cars. Great trip!

Lakefront Sunrise Beach

The house was absolutely amazing. There were 10 of us all week and we had plenty of room for everyone. The game room was enjoyed all. The dock was wonderful with picnic tables on it so we could sit out and enjoy the lake in the shade and those that wanted sun could use the water mat. If you are looking for a great place to stay at the lake, I highly recommend this one.

Large house with lots of room

The house was great! W were all hoping to use the hot tub, but they were working on it, and that bummed us all out but everthing else was great. It is a great location and we felt like we had the best view for the fireworks at Margheritaville.

Bikefest house

The water valves were turn in the off position for all of the upstairs bathrooms. The hot water heater water valve was shut off. None of this was disclosed, and one of our guests that just happening to be a construction contractor by profession had to take care of the issue. Sent several messages via texts and voicemail to manager of the property before our guest solved the issue. I was told the upstairs bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly. Didn't like receiving a phone call due to " a loudspeaker issue" it was early afternoon and was not even that loud. Also, it was not even the designated quite hours. Did like how the house accommodated all of us. The Kitchen was nice as well, which help in cooking meals for the large group staying in the house.

Annual family trip

We have stayed at the ozarks many times and this was the best place for our large family group. The canoes and Lilly pad were favorites for the kids and they ate every meal on the dock!! The game room was a big hit with kids and adults. The kitchen is big and welcoming with plenty space for multiple cooks and is so well stocked!! It is a great place to stay. We will see you again!

Family vacation

There were 16 of us for our annual family vacation. The beds were comfortable & the house was well layed out for our group. The kitchen was great for large families or groups. The boat dock was great when we rented a boat & a jet ski and also for swimming. The two flights of stairs could be a problem for older people or handicapped. The hot tub was not working while we were there.
