It is an excellent location for two couples or older families wanting private cottages. The main house has a private queen bedroom with WIFI TV, a walk-in shower, a washer & dryer, a wood-burning fireplace, a family room, and a dining table overlooking the lake. Floor-to-ceiling windows take in the wildlife, sunsets, and more. The kitchen has everything you need to make excellent meals: drip coffee maker, pans, and dishes. We have a gas grill on the patio. The main cottage has a full-size bed and a Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa. The 2nd cottage is right next door and has a queen bed, a walk-in shower, a full kitchen, a table chair, a sofa with Wi-Fi TV, and many amenities to make excellent meals. We have a cup and drip coffee maker in this cottage. Guests can dock their boat on the side of the dock which has cleats and enjoy swimming off the dock. A nice no-slip ladder is needed to get in/out of the lake. Lily pad on location for guests to enjoy. It is a peaceful hiking area, and fishing is excellent off the dock. Our lakefront cottages are on 10 acres; a nature retreat and fire pit are beautiful ways to make memories and wrap around the deck and covered porch to take wildlife back in the cove. There is a sweet fishing spot off the dock. There is a wet step ladder to get in and out of the lake. We have two kayaks for guests and a paddle boat at no extra cost. Guests love to hike in this area, which has acres of woods and the back of a lovely cove. The owner offers boat rentals to guests. So peaceful and such a nice getaway! Enjoyed nature, the privacy and the views. It was easy to forget the world. We played in the lake, took the paddle boat for a spin. We don't fish, but if you do, would be a great location! We saw a fish close to 3 feet long in the cove! Had a fabulous, relaxing time!

Perfect spot to relax with the family.

Our third time to this property that is how much we love it there. We brought our adult daughter with us for some much-needed R&R. We had our two dogs and her dog and were very comfortable. Having the private cabin for her worked out perfectly. It is so peaceful and secluded there, it is just exactly what we want in a vacation property. Close enough to everything but away from the hustle and bustle at the same time. Owners are great. We will be back again!

Cottages had everything needed. The property is beautiful - lots of trees and flora. Our furry friends enjoyed exploring the property and the small area of shallow water. We enjoyed the paddleboat and family member enjoyed the kayak. Saw deer, chipmunks, eagles, etc. Very quiet and calming.

Great long weekend trip

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend with our kids and my parents. Comfortable, had everything we needed plus perks (kids loves the kayak). The dock, fire pit and all the space was fantastic and unique from other lake properties. The only note I’d mention is there are really only two true beds - one in each house. This was fine for us because the kids didn’t mind futon and couches, but if you have more than 4 adults, just something to consider. All in all great and would look forward to staying again!

An Enjoyable Stay

We had a wonderful time fishing and watching wildlife. We saw chipmunks, lizards, ducks, geese, blue herons(!!!) and many types of birds. The cabins were very clean and comfortable. The grounds were lovely.

Perfect Location

I can not explain how perfect this rental was for our family. The property itself is absolutely amazing! Lots of land, well maintained houses (yes, two houses), the perfect dock for water activities, and a great location nestled in-between Osage Beach and Camdenton. This property being pet friendly was also a huge benefit for our trip. My Jack Russell absolutely loved being able to go on vacation with us this year. I think she might have enjoyed her time more than we did. We will definitely be back to this property in the years to come.

Great stay

Vacationed with a total group of 5 friends. The property was clean, spacious, and featured many amenities. Setting was nestled in the woods and right along the lakefront, and is a goregeous property. If you haven't been to the Ozarks before, and have a group of about 5 or 6, you'd be hard pressed to find a place that tops this!

Return trip because we loved it the first time!

We loved it again! Brought our newlywed daughter and son-in-law and also loved it! With the separate cabin on the property, they were able to have their own space which was great. We had a total of 3 dogs and they loved swimming and running every day! This property is a gem and the owners are fantastic. Very nice people who are very helpful leading up to the visit and during the visit as well. We will return again!

Great cabin on the lake

This place is beautiful! Very clean, and it is a great to experience nature and the beauty of the lake. VRBO had this listed as 4 bedrooms, but there is only 1 true bedroom, but multiple beds in both cabins. I contacted the owner to let her know the listing was incorrect. She she responded immediately and will have that corrected! I have no complaints, it really is a beautiful, peaceful property! Thank you for having us!

Quite and Beautiful place

We came down to enjoy the fishing. There was a tree that had fallen down in the driveway when we arrived so I called Nancy and she had somebody out there within 30 minutes to clear the driveway so we could get down to the cabins. Lots of wildlife around, we saw deer, turkey and a little red fox came by one morning. We had a vey good time all around. Thank You!

Great Spot!

This property was wonderful! All neighbors are across the channel. It is secluded and peaceful, but still on the water and just 5 minutes to the grocery store. The outdoor space is amazing. We saw deer, fox, geese, and fished right on the property. Our kids had tons of space to run around and lots to do. The swing, fishing, paddleboat and morning yoga on the covered bridge were our favorites.

Gorgeous retreat!

We enjoyed our family stay at this lovely retreat at the end of a cove on Lake of the Ozarks. Lots of wildlife and a big yard with swing, fire pit, and docks for our child and dog to run around and play. We rented a boat at Pirates Point and parked it at the dock. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The futon was great for our 6 year old. A very enjoyable stay!
