Updated ground-level 3 BR/2 BA condo beside pool. Golf, Tennis, and family fun.

This beautiful three bedroom, two-bath Sunset Village condo is conveniently located on the ground floor with easy access and a beautiful view overlooking the lake, golf course and pool. The private master suit has a king size bed, TV, private bathroom, hardwood floors, walk-in closet, and a sliding glass door overlooking the pool and golf course. The other two bedrooms are beautifully decorated with a queen bed, hardwood floors, TV with cable, ceiling fan, and a closet. The fully-equipped kitchen has a blender, microwave, ice maker, pantry, and double sink. The dining area has a table that seats six and bar that seats up to four. The living room has bamboo hardwood floors, couch with recliners, chair recliner, and a large screen TV with cable. Also, included in the condo is a full-size washer and dryer, screened in porch and Wi-Fi wireless internet. Great news: Leave your bath towels and sheets at home - we have them all! Due to allergies, Pets are not allowed.

Very convenient - just steps away from the pool and Jacuzzi, and a couple of minutes walk to the tennis courts and another pool. In ten to fifteen minutes or less, you can drive to Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, or Calabash. Enjoy music, dancing and food at the Sunset Beach Summer Concert Series. Located at the Village Park at Seaside Village. Other ways to enjoy your vacations include: Tangier Outlets in North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, charter fishing or surf fishing, great seafood restaurants, kayaking, Bird Island Coastal Reserve, fishing, and many other entertainment opportunities and activities for the entire family. Year round activities include golf, theater, and restaurants.

Sunset beach

Nice location next to pool. Very well stocked for all your beach needs. Wagon multiple umbrellas plenty of chairs boogie boards etc. Only issue was a leak in kitchen. Hopefully that will be addressed

HOA mall cop

HOA is very strict at this location. Nothing can be left outside your unit like bikes. No place to park a Jetski or boat if you bring one on your vacation. HOA was on me before I got out of my truck! It was made clear to me they are trying to get rid of vacation renters.

Lovely home away from home!

So lovely!

My husband and kids and I were so pleased with our stay! It was nice to have updated and working appliances and not to have to worry about all of the little things you don't think of when you plan a trip and feed a family! We always enjoy our stay in your condo. So comfortable & close to pool. You might want to check the mattress in the bedroom on the left as you walk in. It makes a noise like there is a plastic covering on the mattress. Very irritationing to sleep on with the noise it makes.
