11 Dalmor Court, Coolum Beach

If space is what you are after look no further. With features such as swimming pool, outdoor gazebo and BBQ area all members of the family including your pooch will be delighted.

Downstairs of this large two storey home provides a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower. The bi- fold doors open onto an amazing landscaped in ground pool and gazebo area. The covered and tiled gazebo area with down lights will be well used as the family laze by the pool or enjoy a BBQ. There is also a chef kitchen located downstairs with granite bench tops and massive island bench with breakfast bar to cater for your guests.
Upstairs you will find the remaining four bedrooms that are separated from the busy living area. The master suite provides ensuite with a large bath to soak in after a day at the beach & a separate shower recess, polished timber floors and walk in robe. Three additional bedrooms with polished floors, ceiling fans and walk in robes to ensure everyone is catered for.

A double remote garage with internal access is provided, and should you wish to bring the boat or an additional car there is plenty of room down the side.

Family holiday

A really great stay at this property with plenty of space for the 9 of us with the pool and outdoor area getting lots of use. Great stroll to the beach and shops. Aircon in main bedroom was a bit of an issue as it was quite noisy. We let them know and hopefully they can rectify this. Overall a wonderful family holiday.

Great family getaway

Great spot to spend a family holiday, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Good well-fenced yard for the dogs and great pool to wear out the kids. 10 minute walk to the beach and into town. Property management team were a delight to deal with.

Very enjoyable stay, beautiful property with so much space! We filled the house to capcity and still were never cramped! Easy to stay with kids and dogs! Fabulous Stay! Close to everything!

Beautiful and spacious home. Everything was super clean. Rooms and bathrooms are very big - plenty of space and comfort for everyone. We enjoyed our 1 week stay with our families. Kids loved the big pool! Location of house is perfect. Few minutes from the beach and main strip of shops and restaurants - easy walk (as parking is hectic) Woolworths only a short drive. Kitchen is massive and had everything. Big dining space so we could all sit and enjoy dinner together. We were able to bring our pet kelpie which was a bonus too! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Tropical getaway in coolum

Beautiful home in tropical surroundings,very close walk to the beach and shops.you would think that you were at a plush resort while swimming in the private pool.great for large families especially being able to take the fur babies also
