Too big for the insufficient staff to be able to provide any real care factor. The pool facilities are around 30% of the scale needed for the number of rooms. Young staff trying hard, but clearly untrained and overworked. The management business seems to know they will continue to (over)fill the rooms and don’t have to try or care about the experience once you’re there. Simple things like rooms have very limited facilities (e.g. no cups/glasses in the bathrooms / nowhere to hang dry towels in the bathrooms) yet Room Service meals are delivered on disposable paper plates with no cutlery??? Clearly the objective is to squeeze as much money as possible out of the punters with as little effort/or care as possible. I have visited this property a number of years ago and had a very enjoyable stay - it is such a shame to see how it is being managed and milked today. We won’t be back anytime soon.

The room (358) small very basic, no safty instructions or information folder. Noisy air-conditioner. Dinner time the menu for a 4 star accommodation l wouldn't give it a 2 star. Two types 250 gram stacks don't cut it. There should be larger sizes.400, 500 grams. Plus for a coastal resort, people from the farm land love the reaf and beef at leased. Breakfast was great 👍 , dinner 😝

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was really good. we were late arriving after hospital admission. So was dark. Found it hard to find our room. Ran into another couple having same issues. Ordered room service. Pizza was delivered very quickly. Very tasty but not hot and not exactly. cooked enough for our liking. Overall did the job for our overnight stay. Slept well in comfort.

We loved the buffet breakfast! The staff were absolute gems to deal with. The catamaran and kayaks also made our stay fantastic! Activities Team were fun and engaging. The rooms were a bit outdated but still had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We touched Australian nature and run into kangaroos were amazing! Activities are plenty and huge lake for humbling and running. It’s a hotel but I feel like it’s kind of villa. High recommended for everyone especially for families with kids.

Overpriced and extremely poor condition

What a woefully kept hotel. There was heavy rain which poured through the covered walkways like a raging river. No amenities in these overpriced rooms (water, shower cap etc). Basically it’s an overpriced motel with a fancy lobby. Save your money and go elsewhere
