The Space:

This charming coastal apartment with contemporary styling and furniture is well designed and naturally flows. The main feature of the apartment is the open plan living space that widens out into the main shaded balcony with outdoor seating. Spacious this area is styled in a soft coastal way, letting the view of the ocean speak for itself. Here you’ll find an abundance of natural light, and seating, with the entire room pivoted to face out towards the view. With a fully functional TV and fully stocked kitchen, with countertop seating, this space feels the most homely. Down the main corridor you’ll find the two bedrooms, each with balcony access looking out towards the suburb. Both rooms are styled more in a coastal way, due to it not facing the view. Both rooms are comfortably styled with cosy decor and feature a walk in wardrobe. The main bedroom though has its own private ensuite, which along with the main bathroom, includes pale blue tiling evoking the colour of the nearby waves. With two showers, and a jacuzzi bath, enjoy the simple pleasures and air dry yourself on the balcony overlooking the perfect view.

- The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.



The Neighborhood:

Point Arkwright is a lovely coastal suburb on the Sunshine Coast. It’s particularly popular for watching humpback whales during their migration and offers a number of lookouts and spectacular coastal walking trails. Point Arkwright is also home to the golden sand of Yaroomba Beach and is a great base from which to explore Mount Coolum National Park and the beachfront dining and shopping around Coolum.

The property is an 8-minute walk to a bus stop on David Low Way, which operates a route to Tewantin via Noosa Heads and Sunshine Coast.

There are plenty of taxi and ride-sharing options readily available throughout the Sunshine Coast region. However we recommend booking in advance in case of low availability.

- Driveway to the garage is located at the back of the building.

- The balcony is exposed to strong ocean winds due to its beachside location. Guests are kindly requested to replace the BBQ cover and secure it with the strap provided after use.
