The Space:

Welcome to your spacious canal-side escape, designed for relaxed waterfront living with plenty of room for families and groups to spread out. With five bedrooms, multiple living and entertaining areas, a private pool and beautiful canal views, this home is made for memorable Sunshine Coast getaways.



Step inside to bright, open spaces overlooking the water. The main living, dining and kitchen area forms the heart of the home, offering plenty of space to gather while still providing separate areas to relax and unwind.



The large open-plan kitchen is designed for entertaining and features modern appliances, two ovens, a six-burner induction cooktop, walk-in pantry and breakfast bar seating for four. Nearby, an additional circular dining area seats four, while the large oak dining table provides seating for up to 12 guests.



Flowing from the kitchen is the media area, complete with a large plush couch and 70-inch Smart TV. A separate formal living area takes advantage of the beautiful water views, providing another comfortable space to settle in during your stay.



The games room provides plenty of entertainment for kids and adults alike, complete with a pool table, air hockey, table football, an Arcade Classics console and large Smart TV. Kids’ toys, books and board games are also provided to keep younger guests entertained.



Outside, make the most of the canal-side setting with a private swimming pool and beautiful views across the water. Guests can also enjoy the provided kayaks, boat berth and pool and beach toys, making it easy to spend your days enjoying the waterfront lifestyle.



The home is well equipped for family holidays and longer stays, with air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, kids’ tableware, books and reading material, a blender and slow cooker. A private EV charger is also available for guests travelling with an electric vehicle.

Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): This spacious bedroom features a four-poster king-sized bed, bench seat at the foot of the bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe space.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Connected to Bedroom 1, the spacious ensuite features a bathtub, shower and double vanity.



Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobe space.



Bathroom 2: Located nearby, this bathroom features a shower and vanity.



Bedroom 3: This spacious bedroom features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan and generous walk-in wardrobe.



Bathroom 3: The spacious main bathroom features a bathtub, separate shower and double vanity.



Bedroom 4: This spacious bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan, with glass doors providing direct access to the outdoor area. The bedroom also connects to its own private ensuite.



Bathroom 4 (Bedroom 4 Ensuite): Connected directly to Bedroom 4, the ensuite features a shower, toilet and vanity.



Bedroom 5 (Kids’ Room): Perfect for younger guests, this bedroom features five single beds, including bunk beds, along with a ceiling fan, mirrored built-in wardrobes and kids’ toys and books.



Half Bathroom: An additional half bathroom features a toilet and vanity, providing extra convenience for larger groups.



Please note: The pool is solar-heated and relies entirely on sunlight to maintain its warmth. Between May and August, due to reduced sunlight and cooler weather, the pool temperature typically ranges between 22–25°C. Overcast or rainy weather may impact the pool’s warmth, while on clear, sunny days the solar heating is generally more effective.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire house bar the locked cupboard in the games room. Please let us know in advance if you require boat access to the jetty. There is space to park two cars on the driveway, there is also plenty of free street parking available. A private EV charger is available for electric vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

The house is 1km to Kawana Beach (15min walk, 4min drive), 500m to shops and cafes. It's walking distance to Kawana Shopping world. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema and skateparks close by.

- Maroochydore airport is a 15 minute drive

- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive

- Australia Zoo is a 25 minute drive

- Kawana Shopping World and Cinema is a 2 minute drive

- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 5 minute drive

- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 10 minute drive

- Caloundra is a 15 minute drive

- Noosa Heads is a 40 minute drive



Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to explore the Sunshine Coast, with many of the region’s beaches, attractions, cafés and restaurants easily accessible by car.



For those using public transport, Kawana Station Platform 2 in Parrearra is approximately a 6-minute walk (347 m) from the property, with local bus services providing connections throughout the surrounding area.

*The pool is solar-heated and relies entirely on sunlight to maintain its warmth. Between May and September, due to reduced sunlight and cooler weather, the pool temperature typically ranges between 18–25°C. While we often enjoy sunny days during this period, overcast or rainy weather can impact the pool’s warmth. On clear days, the solar heating is more effective, and the water is usually much more comfortable.



*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Please let us know in advance if you require boat access to the jetty.
