The ground level of the home comprises of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms (with sliding doors leading to the pool and alfresco lounge area), gorgeous main bathroom with free standing bath and separate laundry facilities. Both bedrooms have access directly to the fully fenced rear courtyard with luxury lounge area, private pool with fantastic water feature and sun loungers. There is a double garage with internal access directly into the property.

A set of stairs will lead you up to the beyond beautiful open plan coastal kitchen, living and dining area. High ceilings, air conditioning and fans ensure the first level is always cool and enjoyable. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including a pod Nespresso compatible pod machine. The fixtures and furnishings are coastal luxury with breathable linen and light cottons. The living area flows onto a large undercover balcony with alfresco dining, BBQ and ocean views.

The spacious master bedroom is located on the first level behind the kitchen. The master bedroom has a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. The top level of the property has air conditioning, fans and cooling ocean breezes.

Whilst we are pooch friendly, we are only allowed welcome one dog per stay 15kg and under (as per body corporate bi laws)
