1/38 Park Crescent is one of Sunshine Beach’s most sought after locations. Situated just minutes from the Sunshine Beach Village centre, this holiday home features stunning ocean views and direct access to the patrolled beach.
1/38 Park Crescent is a modern townhouse that offers an effortlessly casual style and instantly fills you with ease upon entering. The property is inviting and comfortable with an abundance of natural light, complete with lovely timber and marble flooring.
This property has lift access from the main living area to all levels.
The space
Ascend the front steps which take you to the main living area and open-plan modern kitchen, with the latest equipment and appliances. Open the sliding glass doors onto the balcony to extend the living space and bring the outside in. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon vino looking out to the stunning panoramic ocean views. Inside, the lounge room holds a large smart TV and built-in gas fireplace to enjoy during the winter months.
Downstairs, you will find bedroom one with queen bed and louvred windows offering a lovely sea breeze. The master bedroom with king bed holds a lovely ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. Across the hall you will find another bathroom and separate toilet.
Below on the lower level, you will find the third bedroom with a king sized bed. This level also has a bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet. This level leads to the pool terrace with alfresco dining table and BBQ, overlooking the infinity edge swimming pool. The path leading around the pool will take you along the side of the property to the private beach access.
Please note that the garage is not for guest use. There is however, an open space beside it for 1 car.

The beach is patrolled 365 days of the year and there is access to the Noosa National Park at the northern end. From here you can walk around the coast to Hastings Street and Noosa’s Main Beach.
The local bus service stops nearby and will have you on Hastings Street in 15 minutes.
