Its off season here so i understand semi not keeping up but our room had trash all over dirty clothes in the dresser that were not ours along with hair ties and used soap in the shower. Will not be returning. When we mentioned it to staff all she said was I'll make note of it and rushed off

This place was so dirty and run down it should be condemned. On day two they just brought new towels in and roughly tried to make the beds. That's it. No vacuuming, wiping down anything, or cleaning the bathroom sink, toilet or tub......Gross.

Room was very quiet and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was noisy which is common for the type of air conditioner. Some of the furnishings were in rough shape. Water pressure in the shower was very good but the faucet control seemed to need work. Pool area was fine however the lights were exceptionally bright. Some of the jets in the hot tub did not work. There was a water dispenser in the exercise room but no water jug. There were no tissues in the tissue dispenser in the bathroom. We arrived in the dark and didn’t see any lit signage for the property. There were a couple of holes in the bathroom wall above the sink. I’m not sure what might have been missing there.

This is an older hotel, the room was outdated, and they was a very strong chemical smell, we told the gentleman at the front deck and he helped us problem solve the issue. We could have moved to a different room, but that wasn't going to work for us. We ended up with a fan blowing out the window all night long. Bath tubs were very slippery , my husband who was handicapped almost fell. We ask for an accessible handicap room and were placed so far away from the front door it was a long walk for him. Room 132 and Room 130.

Management turned my wife and me away after we had a confirmed reservation through Expedia . We were told that Expedia overbooked the hotel and they had no room for us. Spent the night in the car.

Shower was moldy, sink plug was broken, overall dusty in room. Hot tub not very hot and kinda dirty. Bed looked new and was fine. Vending machine worked. Overall worth the price and felt safe. Cleaning could be better.

From the moment you step into lobby all you see is an outdated run down appearance. The lobby, restaurant and guest room all smelled musty. Guest room mattress is old and extremely worn out. Bathroom not much better. Microwave was dirty inside and room looked like no one bothered to dust it at all. The only positive is the kindness of the staff and the ample parking. I would not recommend this place. This property has the potential to be amazing. Until then, its not.
