"644 OBW" is a second-row coastal oasis like no other with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, inverted floorplan, and private pool! Located on the popular west end with picture perfect views of the marsh and breathtaking sunsets and sunrises.

Walking into this home you will be met with bright coastal colors, and updated decor. On the first level of the home you will find three bedrooms, each offering their own unique coastal vibes with comfortable furnishings. Bedroom #1 offers a king bed, marsh and ocean views, TV, and shared bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 1 twin bed, marsh views, balcony access, and a shared hall bathroom with bedroom 1. Bedroom #3 features a king bed, marsh views, balcony access, TV, and private bathroom. Going upstairs you will find large windows with magnificent views allowing for natural lighting to flow throughout. The well-stocked kitchen allows for tasty homecooked meals to be made to enjoy together around the dining room table. The large living room creates the perfect space for late night games with the family or a relaxed movie night. Enjoy sitting out on the deck, rocking your worries away, with your go to beverage watching the sunset relaxing from your day in the sand and sea. On the main level of the home you will find one bedroom offering a king bed, marsh views, a TV, and semi private bath (shared with common areas).

Outside you will find your own slice of paradise! Not as expected

We were very disappointed upon arrival that the house did not look like it had been cleaned, the floors had very obviously not been swept. The upstairs bathroom had hair all over the floor, the pool furniture was dry rotted and my husband fell through the lounge. The pictures of this house clearly misrepresented what is actually here. It is a beautiful house but in dire need of some updates. Also did not appreciate the blue masking tape on items saying DO NOT TOUCH. If you feel that way they shouldn't be there. We did have clean sheets but no welcome pkg as stated to get you through your arrival. The downstairs entry door was so dirty you couldn't see through it, I am aware of ocean mist but this and the entry way was very dirty. The owners Personal belongings were everywhere. We didn't really appreciate the surveillance cameras everywhere. Made us wonder if we were being spied on. Very disappointing. I added pool pictures to show how it looked. No beach access close to the house. We didn’t let it spoil our week but I am glad I spent the extra 575 for a golf cart.
