Come enjoy the ocean breezes at Golden on Holden, a bright and airy 4BR 4.5BA vacation home with loads of 5-star reviews! Conveniently located near the mainland bridge, this home is within short walking distance to the beach and Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). Featuring a newly renovated open living area and two master bedrooms, our vacation home is the perfect getaway for multiple families. Each bedroom offers a large en suite bathroom, Smart TV, and direct deck access. Multiple covered porches offer views of the ocean, the ICW, Holden Beach bridge, and stunning island sunrises and sunsets. Amenities include access to a private beach clubhouse and oceanfront pool as well as well “day dock” boat slips on the ICW from a community marina. Additionally, our home provides a kayak, beach bikes, ping pong table, shuffle board, and games to keep the kids entertained. Drive over the Holden Beach bridge with its breathtaking views and enjoy our family retreat, where sunshine may become your new favorite color!

Bedroom #2 first floor: Queen bed with private bathroom (tub/shower combo)
Master on second floor: King bed with large private bath includes stand alone shower and large Jacuzzi bathtub. Club chair with small single pull-out bed perfect for young child.
Bedroom # 4 second floor: Great kids room! Queen bed and Full bed/twin trundle with private bathroom (shower). Flat screen TV equipped with Xbox gaming.

Linens are provided by CARE Linen Service, a third party rental service in Holden Beach.

Golden on Holden is located in the prime island community of Seaside. It sits on a corner cul-de-sac lot which adds extra privacy and quick access to the adjacent boardwalk that leads to the beach and clubhouse. The community clubhouse includes an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, gated parking, gathering room, restrooms, and shower facilities. Our large yard is great for lounging in the sun, swinging in the hammock, playing corn hole, and grilling out with family and friends. We provide a charcoal grill for your use.

LOCATION:
Located on a small barrier island, Holden Beach is nestled by water on all sides with eight miles of wide open beaches. Holden Beach has kept its timeless charm and slow-paced lifestyle. There are no stoplights, high rises, or storefronts on the island. Holden Beach was highlighted on the cover of Coastal Living’s 2020 summer magazine as the Best Beach in North Carolina.

If you want to take a break from the kitchen, Holden Beach offers a variety of restaurants that satisfy both your taste buds and your budget. Sample some of the fabulous, fresh seafood at one of the waterfront grills. Be sure to try a scoop of homemade ice cream from one of the local hot spots. There are a handful of favorite places to eat on the island for a casual bite to eat, and several more just across the bridge on the mainland. Additionally, a grocery store, pharmacy, and local shops are a short drive away.

We really enjoyed our week at this wonderful home. It was close to the beach and the intercoastal waterway. The pool was a nice reprieve from the hot sand and salty shore. The kitchen was well stocked and made for some tasty dinners with the family. Beds were very comfy as well!

Loved Golden Holden

We filled the house for a beach and boating trip. This house has quality furnishings and beds. Every room has a nice bathroom. There was plenty of space and seating for us in the living and dining areas. We used the ping pong table, hammock and bikes. All the beach toys and chairs you’ll need are neatly stored in the huge renters closet. I brought my boat on a trailer and could navigate the driveway fine to get it into the garage at night (as required), which might be a challenge for a center console boat. The placeIs not as packed as many other beaches. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants nearby. The owners were very helpful by text whenever needed. We loved Holden Beach and will return.

Perfect Vacation!

We had a great week at Holden Beach! The weather was beautiful and we were with family at the beach! The house is exactly as described with every beach item you would ever need! Golden is truly a great value

The BEST week ever at the beach!!! This house is fabulous!!! Everything you can imagine is provided! Two refrigerators, beach chairs, wagons and corn hole were the icing on the cake. Truly Golden on Holden

This property has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We enjoyed a well equipped kitchen, ample beach equipment, bikes and a game room with an extra refrigerator. It’s very quiet and has an easy walk to the beach and inter coastal waterway. The Beach Club and pool is a wonderful amenity. We look forward to returning next year.

Great house, easy walk to beach

We had a three generational trip with 3 families. The house is well stocked, each bedroom has a bathroom and deck access. Can glimpse ocean from a couple spots on deck. Our family enjoyed the bikes, the kitchen, grill, and sand chairs all available with the house.
