The Rainbow Connection is a welcoming, family-friendly cottage-style home designed for comfort, relaxation, and memorable beach days. With expansive decking totaling approximately 1,200 square feet, this home offers plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the coastal breeze, whether you’re grilling, relaxing, or taking in the views.

The inverted floor plan places the spacious living area on the upper level, where unobstructed ocean views create the perfect setting for gathering with family and friends. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped for vacation cooking, and the home features multiple TVs, Wi-Fi, and two separate sitting areas for added space and flexibility. Two master suites, each with a private bath, provide comfort and privacy for guests, while the elevator offers convenient access to all floors.

Outdoor features include a screened porch and a new three-burner gas grill, ideal for easy outdoor meals. Guests also enjoy access to an oceanfront pool and cabana, as well as the Intracoastal Waterway marina, all located just a short walk away within the Winding River Community on the island.

Private beach access is conveniently located directly across the street at 162 OBE.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals only. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
