Updated Ocean Lakes Beach House – Walk to Beach – Free Golf Cart – Sleeps 6

Well-maintained, newly renovated one-story home with spacious covered front porch 200 yards from the beach. Living area has cable TV/DVD/WIFI and kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer.First bedroom has two double beds-second bedroom has one double bed. Each bedroom has a T.V. Two bathrooms. Sleeps 6 people. No smoking & no pets please. Complimentary golf cart. For safety and insurance purposes, golf cart drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license, and we’ll need a quick photo of your ID prior to use. Thanks for helping us keep things smooth and safe for everyone!” Rental week is from Saturday to Saturday June, July, and the first of August. All other times there is a 3 night minimum unless there are only 2 nights available. Check-In time is 3:00p.m. Check-Out time is 10:00a.m. You must be 25 years old to rent and 21 to drive the golf cart! There is a $500 refundable security deposit if house if left UNDAMAGED and no violations! We have a cleaning lady that will clean the house for you after you depart. WE DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25!!!! WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL GRADS OR COLLEGE STUDENTS!

Campground amenities include three Outdoor Pools, water part, one Indoor Pool, 18 Hole Putt Putt Golf, Tennis & Basketball, volleyball ,corn hole, horseshoes,playgrounds, Snack/Ice Cream Bar, Arcade, Laundromat, and a 10,000 square foot campground store.

Please help us prepare for the next guests: strip beds. If you rented linens, place them back in the original bag and leave on the front porch. If you brought your own, please take them with you.

Take all trash to the outdoor trash can. Wash or load all dishes—nothing left in sink or dishwasher. Remove all personal items: no clothes left in washer/dryer.

Empty fridge, freezer, and cabinets of food you brought. Turn off all lights. Clean grill and wipe down golf cart. Close and lock windows/doors. Return keys to designated lockbox. Thank you so much!

Golf cart: 21+ w/ valid license (photo of ID required before use). 10mph max. No use 11pm–7am. No alcohol. Stay in Ocean Lakes. Only registered guests

Grill use at own risk. Do not use under porch or near siding. Guests clean after use. Crew does not clean grill. Return to golf cart building.

No parties, underage drinking, or loud/vulgar behavior. Quiet hours 11PM–7AM. No indoor smoking. No pets. Must follow all rules of Ocean Lakes.

Great property in a good location.Linda was responsive and available to let us check in early when we arrived in Myrtle. House was very clean upon arrival. Brand new golf cart was awesome!Weird set up with connecting bathrooms but great place overall

Location is great and Linda, the host, very responsive. Only drawback is home layout is very "cozy" in the bedrooms. One BR has bed against the wall and the only access is through the other bedroom or the hall bathroom.

Everything was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. I do wish there was a lamp of some type in the smaller bedroom but luckily I had a hook light that worked out. We have always enjoyed OL and love they are finally making changes to bring it back to how it use to be without kids running around causing issues at night with curfews. Would defiantly stay again.

The house was great. Had everything we needed.The kiddos rode there soccer’s.The street was really busy.Had to be very careful.Our son and this family were camping too.So we had a lot of family time it was awesome
