Welcome to Doug's Dune Destination! This family retreat at Grand Palms of Surfside is in the heart of Surfside Beach, just 1.5 miles from the 16th Ave N beach access. With plenty of free parking and the convenience of Hwy 17 access, you will be able to enjoy a night on the town, soaking up all Surfside Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk are only 15 minutes North and the "Seafood Capital of SC", Murrells Inlet is 15 minutes south.



The Space:

***Please note that because this is a privately owned residence, the Grand Palms Resort amenities (like the pools and activity center) are not available to guests***



This Grand Palms property is a peaceful retreat away from the cramped and congested quarters of the beachfront condo scene. Spacious and modern, with 3 beds and 3 full baths, this villa has plenty of room for the extended family. You will be able to cook gourmet meals in a full sized and fully stocked kitchen and there is plenty of seating to enjoy the fellowship of family meals. Each guest bedroom has its own private bathroom and 2 are en suite baths. There are walk in closets throughout, premium cable with large flat screen tv's, complimentary resort wifi and a dedicated work space as well.



Guest Access:

The guest has access to the entire condo. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber is available but availability may vary. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
