It's ALL about Location !! Don't miss out on this cozy cottage located within walking distance to the ocean, and fishing Pond. Site 1058 in Ocean Lakes.

Once you walk up on the porch you will know you made the right decision. Such a cozy refreshing BEACH feel.

Relax on the front porch, and breathe in the fresh salt air, with plenty of seating and a table for morning coffee or evening dinner. A charcoal grill is provided

Very open concept with Living and Kitchen areas
The living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, chair with ottoman and flat screen tv with 120 channels of cable
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you would need to prepare meals

The King Master is just off the family room with a private bath
The Queen Master is off the Kitchen with a private bath
Both baths have walk in showers

The laundry room has a stack washer/Dryer with folding area, ironing board and iron are also included
Golf cart is optional, for an additional fee

Overall house was very nice and loved the location of the house. Kitchen was decent size to actually cook in with a very large fridge. Only issue we had was only one vehicle can fit at the house.

Love the decor and it’s a great size for a small family/group - nicely updated (note, there is only parking for 1 car). There’s a lovely little deck off the front. The house had everything I needed, including a golf cart. I had a small issue with the golf cart and the owner came over right away and took care of it. I’d recommend this house and would stay there again!

Best getaway!
This house had everything me and my family could possibly need, kitchen was fully stocked, the theme of the house was so comforting and energetic. Very convenient for both couches to pull out, the rooms were comfy and had enough storage for us and our kids things as well. Love how the laundry room is connected to the main bedroom. Literally a two min walk from the beach! It was the absolute best vacation house we have had yet at the beach! Had everything we could have needed!!! Definitely will stay here again.

Although this house was decorated very cutely and was a great distance from the beach we were very disappointed in our stay. The house seemed to be surface cleaned but really needed a good thorough cleaning. The door lock gave us trouble the entire time (was very difficult to unlock/lock). The bathrooms needed a complete remodel. The shower in the master seemed to have a very weak floor to the point we were afraid to use it. We did message the property managers about all of this and they said they were unaware of several of these issues and would be correcting them. Ocean Lakes was a fun place to stay with lots to do but the house made it kind of stressful.

Needs a deep cleaning, parking for 1 a deal breaker!
Needs a deep cleaning, furry/dusty lampshades and filthy areas that have been overlooked for a very long time! Cute beach decor is the only good thing. Details didn't mention parking for 1 car only! This would have been a deal breaker (came in 2 cars)and was only mentioned in the final check in info. Too late for us to cancel/ find another listing. I would never choose to stay here again!
