With our Special, reduced rates, you will be able to enjoy your stay even more. Come, relax with family, or just you and your other half. Feel safe in a friendly, gated ocean front community, with swimming pools, lazy river, water park, putt putt, playgrounds and so, so much more
Maximum occupants, 5 Individuals. We only rent to families. All the amenities and activities are yours to enjoy when you rent our Beach House. We are located at 1226 Sharks Tooth Trail. We have Internet and WiFi. We are about 300 ft. from a fishing lake and about a 5 minute walk to Beach.

We do not rent to anyone who comes to party, Senior Week or anyone under 25. We do not rent to adults that rent for teenagers and are not staying with them the whole time. Maximum occupants is 5 individuals.
No Pets allowed . No smoking, or Vaping inside our house. If any of these happen you will be removed from the premises by Security, even if it's your first day there. You will not get your deposit or any of your rent back. If our Cleaning Lady finds that our home was left Nasty or Damaged, or mattress covers, or comforter dirty, this will be taken out of the Damage fee. Leave our home the way you would want someone to leave yours.

No Smoking ,Vaping, E -cigarettes, etc in our home, and No pets of any kind allowed. No Exceptions Maximum Occupants 5 individuals

Our House is very relaxing

Our Beach House has two bedrooms with comfortable Queen size beds. We have Flat Screen TV in Master bedroom. We also have a full size futon with a very thick mattress. Our home sleeps up to five

We have two bathrooms. Master bath and a smaller bath with sink, tub/shower and toilet.
Renters bring their own linens, towels.

Kitchen is very airy with full size stove and large microwave over stove, side by side refrigerator/freezer, with ice-maker, electric toaster, coffee maker, can opener, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, knifes, etc. Everything you could possible need. Dining room with table and chairs, stools.

We also have an outside shower to clean those feet before you enter our home.

We have plenty of games, regular monopoly, junior monopoly trivia, checkers, Battleship, etc., cards, games for kids and adults, books for children and adults.

Deck has picnic table with umbrella. Also, have high back chairs with soft cushions to sit with a cool drink or that morning coffee and just relax.
Our home has Internet-wifi.and cable.
When you rent from us we will send you an express checkin so you can pre-register your vehicle(s). During summer months this can save you from waiting in long lines. This way you skip the lines and drive straight through to our Beach House and begin your Vacation.
