PROPERTY AMENITIES

All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.

*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Overall it was a nice place. The washing machine was broken, which was a big inconvenience. They did come and take a look at it, but said it needed a new pump. The pool area was not well kept and the pool was rather dirty with leaves and pine needles when we arrived.

Family memories

Overall we had a very good experience at this house. The walking distance from the house is short. The listing is misleading. It says on the listing “entire house” but it really is only half of the house. But it was more than enough room, very spacious. The neighbors were very nice. Both units had their own pool. The pool area needs a little TLC. The chairs around the pool were the hard plastic Adirondack chairs, but they have been out in the sun for an extended time. They broke very easily. The pine needles are taking over and there is not a blower to use. The pool person came one day and ran water in the pool and cleaned it out. But did not blow around the pool. When I asked if he had a blower he said it was out of gas but he would come back the next day and blow around the pool. He never showed back up.
