Inside, the home features newly renovated bedrooms, new furniture throughout the living room, dining room, and outdoor spaces, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living areas are perfect for relaxing and reconnecting, and the electric fireplace adds an extra touch of comfort for cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, featuring a traditional coffee maker, Keurig, espresso machine, toaster, and a convenient countertop water filter. For entertainment, every bedroom and the family room include brand-new QLED gaming TVs, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their favorite shows or games.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator, Internet, QLED Televisions in all rooms, Heat & Central A/C, Electric Fireplace, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Regular Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine, Toaster, Countertop Water Filter, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature.

Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
