Aaron's Fun House

Welcome to your new home! Located in the village and one block off of the beautiful waters of Suttons Bay, plan on a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach, shopping for gifts only the locals can offer, and being entertained by business owners, the sun, the moon and stars. We have a four bedroom home, which includes a basement, three bathrooms and a one car attached garage. The main floor will welcome you with an open kitchen, dining room, living room area, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a hallway closet. The basement offers a large open space and a washer and dryer. There are TV's in every bedroom as well as the living room. We are located on the north end of the village, right next to one of the many TART Trail entrances. You can start your day on our deck, take the 5 minute walk to the beach, go for a bike ride, walk to the local bakery or enjoy one of restaurants/shops offering morning meals. The rest of the day is yours to relax or explore. Suttons Bay is within a few miles of local wineries, a casino, and just 15 miles away from Traverse City. The village of Suttons Bay is full of cute shops including a distillery/coffee shop, a bike rental shop, a pharmacy, a movie theatre, and a variety of restaurants. Winding roads throughout Leelanau County will complete your adventure as you discover your new favorite roads, beaches, villages and friends. Our home's main floor has 1,100 square feet, the upstairs has almost 400 square feet, and the basement (which is where the washer/dryer is located) has almost 900 square feet. The kitchen counter is a one of a kind handmade cement countertop filled with local rocks and stones; an entertainment piece all by itself. The living room has a couch and two reclining rocking chairs, and the dining room table and three bar stools provide seating for all guests to enjoy meals and conversation. Because we really want you to experience the beauty of Suttons Bay village and its water, rates are negotiable!

The house was great and had everything we needed. We always stayed in Traverse City when we did wine events but we were all very glad to stay at your house in Suttons Bay. So much closer and having a whole house sure beat hotel rooms. Also it was great to park in a garage since it snows every night ! We will definitely look at your house as a place to stay next year. So many wineries within a few miles. And close to 9 Bean Rows which is now our favorite breakfast place. Thank you so much! We had a blast!

Wonderful home walking distance to downtown Suttons Bay

Aaron's Fun House is a very clean and comfortable home just a short walk to the downtown Sutton's Bay shops, restaurants, and beachfront! It is right across the street from the bay and right next to the town's walking path. We took multiple walks each day with our dog and greatly enjoyed the convenient location. As rock hunters ourselves, we loved the custom countertops in the kitchen! This home had everything we might have needed available to us. We highly recommend this home and host - we had a wonderful experience!

What a location!

Amazing Location

We rented Aaron's Fun House for our recent adult trip. The location of this property is absolutely perfect for enjoying downtown Suttons Bay. The Farmer's Market is steps away. So many restaurants are within walking distance. The common area of the home is perfect for making meals while still visiting with others. The host answered all of our questions very quickly. Overall we couldn't have been happier and would not hesitate to stay again.

A Wonderful Week in Leelanau

This property was roomy and accommodated our group of six adults and two pets well. We loved the proximity to downtown Suttons Bay as well as the Leelanau Trail. The house had clearly been well-cleaned and prepped for our visit. Ann, the hostess, was prompt in responding to our questions. We would stay here again.

Great house!

The house is well furnished, roomy, and comfortable. It has everything you need! The location is great, you can walk to the bakery, the marina, and to downtown Suttons Bay. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again in the future.
