This stylishly decorated holiday home is designed with well-being in mind, featuring many practical and well-considered details. It’s perfect for a large family wanting to spend time together, but also offers quiet corners for reading or relaxing in peace. The sea view over Svaneke is stunning — visible from the living room, the property, and the terrace, where you can watch nature unfold on land and sea.



Please note: You must bring your own cable if you wish to use the electric car charger.



The house accommodates 8 people, has a floor area of 136 m², and was built in 2023. Pets are not allowed. It is heated with geothermal energy, and there is underfloor heating throughout. A washing machine and a freezer (90 L capacity) are available.
