Spend a carefree and unforgettable stay in this modernly furnished and spacious vacation home in a small village. On the completely fenced property is also the swimming pool. In about 20 minutes drive you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Istria, they are located in Rabac. The vacation home is suitable for a joint vacation of two families, as it consists of two comfortable accommodation units, which are provided with two separate entrances from the outside. One accommodation unit is located on the first floor and has a nice covered terrace with wooden table and benches. In the first floor apartment there are also two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a living room. The upstairs apartment consists of three bedrooms. In the basement of the cottage is a separate room with fireplace and beautiful wooden furniture, where you can spend many social hours barbecuing. In the outdoor area there is another covered barbecue. The vacation home is located in a quiet area flanked by modern detached houses and apartment buildings on one side and vineyards on the other. In only about 10 minutes by car you can reach the small, historic town of Labin, which is also known as a town of artists.
