The villa has a common entrance with the other side of the house which is also rented but both sides are separated and guests of each part have their own complete privacy. The whole property is completely fenced. The villa is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and can accommodate 10 people and one pet. Each floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with kitchen and living room, which is ideal for more families or groups of friends who want to have their own privacy. In the yard you will find a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs, a stone barbecue and a covered dining area. In addition to the balcony from which you can enjoy amazing view of the sea and the beach, there is also a roof terrace with jacuzzi, barbecue, lounge space and another covered dining area. The view that awaits you on the roof terrace will simply knock you off your feet.
