Country villa, located in a scenic area, just 20 km from Zadar and airport Zadar-Zemunik, in the middle of Ravni Kotari region.
The property boasts a beautiful fully enclosed garden.
The outdoor areas are embellished by a private swimming pool (20 square meters,depth 1,5 meters).
INTERNAL DESCRIPTION:
The property, all furnished with attention to detail, can accommodate up to 8 people, in 3 double bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room for further 2 guests, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub).
Besides you will find a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove with 5 burners, toaster, kettles, Dolce Gusto coffee machine) and a large and comfortable living room (equipped with sofas, satellite TV etc).
Pets are allowed up to a maximum of 3 dogs (10,00 € per pet).
More facilities available are: air conditioning, mosquito screens, private parking, built-in barbecue, hairdryer (in each bathroom), Wi-Fi Internet, cot and high chair (on request), washing machine, iron and ironing board; linen and towels (weekly change), pool towels (weekly change).

Perfect accommodation for groups of friends (6/8 people) or families. The villa is pet friendly and boasts a strategic position that will allow you to reach the main cities of Zadar County in just under 1 hour: Biograd na moru (11 km), Sveti Filip i Jakov (7 km), Nin (35 km), Vrana lake (20 km), National Park Paklenica (50 km), Plitvice lakes (125 km), Kornati, Šibenik (68 km).
