The charming Villa Lanca in Istria in a beautiful natural setting offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The villa can accommodate a total of 8 people in a pleasant environment with Istrian details and modern interiors. The villa is surrounded by nature and greenery and in the courtyard of the villa there is a small olive garden. The first floor of the villa is open type with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three rooms with en suite bathrooms. The 4282 m2 courtyard of the villa has an olive garden, next to which there is a children's playground for the youngest guests, as well as a private pool and an outdoor terrace with barbecue, table and chairs to enjoy dinner. The stone walls in certain parts of the villa give it a charming Mediterranean-style look. Refresh yourself in the private pool and enjoy a drink on the sun loungers in the beautiful Istrian surroundings. For additional entertainment, darts and table tennis are at your disposal. Book Villa Lanca for the perfect vacation with family and friends.Villa Lanca is located in the small village of Sveti Lovrec, also known as San Lorenzo del Pasenatico. In Porec, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Here you will find a variety of cafés, bars and restaurants. The medieval hilltop towns of Motovun and Groznjan are also worth a visit.

Die Villa hat alles gehalten was wir uns davon versprochen haben. Moderne Ausstattung alles auf einen Top Standard. Ruhig gelegen aber auch nicht weit zum nĂ€chsten Ort oder auch zum Strand. Großer Pool und sehr schöner Außengrill. FĂŒr zwei Familien mit jeweils 4 Personen ein absoluter Traum.
