Nice home in Sv.Petar u Sumi
This beautiful vacation home with pool is located in the small Istrian village of Pamici. You live here in the midst of nature and can listen to the singing of the birds and find peace from the stress of everyday life. During the renovation, great care was taken to maintain the Istrian style of construction. On the large property there are two opposite houses with a common courtyard, which form one unit. On the first floor of the larger house there is a living room, kitchen with dining room and a bedroom with private bathroom. Stairs in the hallway lead to the 1st floor, where there are two bedrooms with bathrooms and an open terrace. On the first floor of the smaller house are a bathroom and a playroom and on the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms. Around the pool there are sunbeds and a gazebo and a covered terrace with garden furniture. The last 50 meters of the approach road are not paved, and therefore not suitable for lowered cars.
