On the same level, you'll find a bedroom with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/shower/bidet/WC, and air conditioning, also with an exit to the terrace and pool. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate guest WC on this level.

Upstairs, the upper floor consists of a walk-through room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a room with a pull-out bed (2 persons, 2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, and another room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/bidet/WC, and air conditioning.
