Swansea Nightmare
I did not stay for the whole duration of my paid time. I canât function on no sleep. The floors were dirty and carpet stained. The house smelled musty and wet like mold.
The bed is extremely uncomfortable and smells bad, musty and not clean. This owner did not even bother to put freshly washed sheets on the bed! I slept on the air mattress on the floor. It was a rough couple of nights.
The house could have been much cleaner. The kitchen counters and sink were not clean. The shower not clean, visible mold. And so tiny I doubt anyone larger than my 5â3â frame could even wash up in it. When pulling dishes out of cabinets I had to wash them before use. There are ants in the kitchen. The back door doesnât lock. Doorknob was broken. A single woman with a child would have appreciated a way to lock up at night.
The beach was not usable due to bacteria in the water. That information would have been nice to have beforehand.
I really wanted a comfortable place to crash after hospital visits. My dad is sickâŠ. This wasnât it.
Just received notification that the owner is not refunding my deposit because he needs to clean the carpets!!!! They were filthy upon arrival!!! Unbelievable!
