Stayed for one night on a cross Canada road trip. Hotel was nice , and King Room was neat & clean and well equipped. Unfortunately a false alarm went off at 2:30am and everyone was evacuated outside for over an hour. Upon checkout, we were told there’d be no compensation (not even a future discount) since it “wasn’t their fault”. Disappointing from a customer service point of view; since the room would have been a great value otherwise and we’d have considered staying again in the future - but now would hesitate to.

"Standard" for a Motel 6 property in design, layout, comfort, amenities, furnishings, etc. Not meant as a negative at all. Greatly appreciate how Motel 6 are all pet-friendly with no extra pet fees. They even had dog treats at the reception counter. Ice water throughout the day along with coffee/tea. Also continental breakfast. Good price and value so will definitely give preference to Motel 6.

Only 3 towels in a double room and they were only replaced when asked. Breakfast was just toast and muffins, not what we were expecting. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

Overall, a nice place to stay. A bit out of the way for any better restaurants so had to drive. Breakfast is very light continental so not much there.
