The apartment was very diry when we arrived. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, urine and toilet paper in the second bathroom, the couch smelled of dog urine, the floor is coming apart(needs replaced) the exterior is littered with trash and cigarette butts.Parking is VERY limited

Okay but definitely needs improving
Upon arriving the apartment looked lovely. Inside it was clean, light & would suit a family of 3 on a trip to Swindon. We only stayed because we were going to an event nearby that day & but to visit Swindon.
First impressions were a bit of a shock as the apartment was surrounded by police & a man was lying not moving on the side of the road. Then there was the bins outside near the onsite parking. Disgusting and the rats were everywhere. But if you can get past this then the apartment was lovely. Just a couple of criticisms.
1) There was only 1 TV in the kitchen/lounge, even though there was room for more.
2) The single room was so small the door opened into the bed & that had no wardrobe or storage at all
3) It was so hot in the apartment it was like the heating was on full blast. There is no air conditioning & opening the window isn’t an option as the building across the street had such loud air conditioning that it was impossible to sleep
4) The beds were small & uncomfortable
5) Parking is expensive when there’s a carpark down the road cheaper

I booked a same-day overnight stay but didnt receive an essential prechecks message which meant checking-in was difficult to say the least. The person i spoke to did apologise. When i entered tge apartment, i realised it hadmt been cleaned and the bed linen was the previous occupants. It was a last minute booking and reasonably priced but other options in the area for the same price. Apartment lacks the finishing touches but good facilities having the kitchen area.
Brilliant, I did leave a review on Google maps also. But I really enjoyed this stay. Me (m19) and my partner (F18) decided to go on a whim and book somewhere nice on Saturday night.
It was a nice idea as we got out of her parents house. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean with a nice bathroom, kitchen, living area and bedroom. We cooked ourselves a meal and had a nice bath before heading out.
It's literally on the doorstep of town so everything you need is within walking distance and there's also a washing machine and drying racks along with ironing boards and all that.
I would definitely stay again. Only issue was parking as it's quite expensive. But there's a small parking lot opposite side of the street for £10 for 24 hours which is what I used.
I definitely recommend. Check in was also really easy door codes worked with zero issues.

I require q refund as i couldnt get access and had to drive home after a night shift

Very disappointed, the room has a water leaking under the floor and they charged me for the parking space and we haven't used, as they give us the parking information after we left the permit and we have to pay for another place. I have made a complaint twice and they ignored it.

Very enjoyable stay
It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. Their staff are nice and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment and will rebook next time I come.
