Wir waren das zweite Mal Gast beim Anbieter sun and snow. Ich muss sagen, der Unterkunft sieht man diverse Gebrauchsspuren an und es ist deutlich das auf Geldmachen angelegt wurde. Rings um uns waren die Balkone mit Liebe und etwas mehr Umsicht ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine riesengroße Terrasse auf der man deutlich mehr anbieten könnte! Billige Möbel, zwei Sonnenschirmständer aber keinen Schirm. Wackeliger Wäscheständer ! Die Glasscheiben der Terrassenumrandung waren sehr, sehr dreckig! Mit etwas mehr Motivation ist deutlich mehr aus dieser Wohnung rauszuholen. Abfluss im Bad kam uns am zweiten Tag entgegen und hat im Bad unschöne Spuren hinterlassen. Die Türrahmen waren schon teilweise sehr kaputt und abgeschrabt. Positiv: Die Küche war in einem super Zustand und die Schlafcouch auch sehr bequem! Das ganze Apartment war trotz defekter Klimaanlage immer sehr kühl, aber die Sonne war auch nur selten zu sehen durch die Lage. Aber wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf das Meer sowie die Promenade! Die Fenster waren relativ dicht und haben den Geräuschpegel der Restaurants unter uns gut abgehalten. Aber das ist etwas womit man rechnen muss,wenn man direkt dort bucht! Wir kommen wieder nach Swinemünde, aber dann vielleicht doch ein anderes Appartement.

Das Apartment war sauber und bietet 4 Personen auch ausreichend Platz. Bäder sind 2 vorhanden, davon eins mit Badewanne. Die Lage ist direkt gegenüber des Hilton, also fast direkt an der Promenade und quasi auch direkt am Strand. Der Balkon geht über Eck und hat eine Größe von geschätzt 35-40qm. Leider liegt der Balkon so, dass die Sonne nur am Nachmittag kurz um die Ecke kommt. Die Blickrichtung ist zwar Richtung Strand und Ostsee, jedoch sieht man davon Nichts, da dazwischen die Dünen mit Bäumen bewachsen sind. Somit schaut man auf die Rückseite des zum Komplex gehörenden Gebäudes C und auf den Parkplatz, was jetzt allerdings nicht wirklich ein Beinbruch war. Was wir jedoch durchaus als mangelhaft empfanden ist, dass es bei 4 Personen nur eine Schlüsselkarte gibt. Auch auf Nachfrage hieß es labidar und patzig "Nein. Nur eine Karte." Das sollte dringend geändert werden. Hinzu kommt, dass die Karte für die Stromversorgung des Apartments benötigt wird. Nimmt also jemand die Karte mit, sitzt der Rest ohne Strom da. Mit dem Strom ist es ebenfalls doof, dass wenn man z.B. weggeht und in der Zeit die Spülmaschine laufen lassen will, diese dann eben nicht mehr läuft und das Geschirr bei Rückkehr immer noch schmutzig ist. Nur der Kühlschrank hat Dauerstrom. Wie gesagt, dass mit nur einer Schlüsselkarte ist wirklich sehr ärgerlich und unnütz, da es ja nun kein Gewaltakt sein dürfte, eine 2. Karte zur Verfügung zu stellen und gehört dringend geändert! Dafür echter Abzug!!!

Das Apartment war im großen und ganzen super, eine riesen große Terrasse mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Nur leider fehlte ein Backofen. Da mussten wir ein Abstrich machen. Ich würde jederzeit das Apartment wieder buchen. Es ist einfach herrlich da.
