The location was great - being so close to Central Station and our coach's location. Extremely helpful staff with travel and food queries. Happy to store our bags after checkout - for a $2 fee per bag.
Nice hotel, no real issues to complain about, small rooms but if you just need a place to sleep thats fine. Hotel staff friendly. Rooms are clean.
Could do with an upgrade on lift, very old and slow.
manager tried to convince us that his uncles eatery which only served indian currys was the only food outlet close by ended up getting k f c after a short walk when i returned the place was closed i rang night bell waited about 5 minutes all this after being on train for 14 hours

The curtain in the room let all the light come into the room, it was bright in the room early in the morning.
It was during Christmas, they had a reduced team of cleaning ladies, so the bed hasn't been made during all our stay (4 nights)

Very noisy room next to a/c unit on 1st floor and to make matters worse the lift was not working so had to lug 23kg suitcase upstairs and down on a very hot day with no help from staff

Room was small and basic but served it purpose.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I wish there had been a full length mirror as I was getting ready for a firm's night out. The room was quite small but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

Nice and handy location
Would recommend for short stays handy walking distance to central station
Very friendly and helpful staff, spotless, comfy room. Plenty of different food experiences nearby or just hop on a city circle train to get to a favorite restaurant
The sound proofing is pretty poor. I was in a room right next to the stairwell (fire stairs) on the first floor and heard a lot of internal noise as well as street noise.
One the second night the lift was out of order. The fire stairs had to be used by everyone, and because the doors auto locked from the inside, all doors on all levels were propped open with towels for access. The noise of people going up and down the stairs until around 2.30am and starting up again at 430am made it impossible to sleep. It was a very busy night with lots of people on the stairs in an echo chamber. Being on the first floor meant that lots of traffic was going past on my level.
As I had arrived back after 9pm there was no one on reception to try to sort the problem. Calling brought no response.
The bathroom was not well cleaned.
The blankets had human hair on them.
Clean and comfortable though silly that there was no ventilation in bAthroom so the mirrors didn't fog while having showers.

Clean room very close to Central station
Everything was average except the room was very clean. Parking was very difficult because there were no parking stations nearby. I would not recommend this hotel if you have a car. But if you don't have a car but you need to be near Central station,it's great.
Clean room, big and very comfortable. staff are very nice. facilities are good tv, shower, bathroom, very clean and nice, I couldn't believe for the price I paid, how good everything was. The air conditioning is central but good. I needed to get staff to show me how to work it though.
For the location its in, this is a very reasonably priced hotel. I was able to walk most places I wanted to get to, or could so easily catch a train. It was perfect, and no street noise from my room. Would stay there again.
Hotel not Located in the best area, on the fringe of the city. As a female I didn't feel comfortable walking around solo in the evening. No iron in room, ironing done in the laundry which wasn't a nice room. Over priced for what is offered.
Easy access from Central Station,short walk to spice alley for dinner, close to bus stops on parramatta road. Ideal for appts at RPA when travelling down from the country by train.
We arrived after reception hours and were worried that we wouldn't be able to get in contact with the owner. However, they showed great service and had the keys locked in a safe in the front foyer for us when they buzzed us in. Rooms were cosy and nicely decorated.
Booked a twin room and there was no space to move. The bathroom smelled. Checking in was very slow, reason given that someone had called in sick, so would suggest they have casual staff on call in future.
