🕒 Same-Day Bookings

To ensure our housekeeping and check-in processes run smoothly, we require at least one day's notice for bookings.

Please note:



A 3 PM check-in cannot be guaranteed for same-day or last-minute bookings, especially if guests are checking out that morning.



Guests with advance reservations will be prioritized for check-in.



🕓 Early Check-In Requests

Standard check-in time is 3 PM.



If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll let you know.

For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night before (subject to availability).

Please understand that, unlike hotels, we don’t have alternate rooms to offer. If another guest is checking out on your arrival day, our housekeeping team needs time to prepare the space.

We appreciate your understanding and patience!



🕙 Late Check-Out Requests

We may be able to offer a late check-out based on our housekeeping schedule:

- Please contact us by 6 PM the night before your departure to check availability.

- For check-outs after 12 PM, an additional night’s fee applies, payable via the Airbnb Resolution Centre before check-out day.



If not confirmed, check-out will remain at 10 AM, and our team will proceed with scheduled cleaning.

- Toilet paper and other essentials

These are meant to get you started and may not last your entire stay.

Note: For safety and hygiene, we do not provide linens or mattresses for the portacot.

A padded base mat is included. We recommend using your own baby linens and mattress to avoid sensitivities.

We're delighted to welcome your well-behaved dog(s) to our Surry Hills home!



Pet Guidelines:

- Please advise us of your dog's registration, breed and size when booking

- Maximum: 2 dogs

- Size: Small to medium dogs only - up to 20kg

- Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved

- Please keep dogs off furniture and beds

- Clean up after your pet immediately, both inside and outside

- Dogs must not be left alone in the property

- Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest

- Report any accidents or damage immediately

It is not a camera and does not record video or raw audio.

It monitors noise levels, smoking detection, temperature, humidity, and occupancy (motion and connected mobile devices).

Any disturbance will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.
