I had such high hopes and love the ACE chain but we had a smelly room, no pram access, a disassociated teenager checking us in providing no information about anything whatsoever and absolutely zero service / eye contact at breakfast meaning we had to leave the hotel in the rain to get food so we would make our flight.

Modern, clean and comfortable rooms, bed was very comfortable. Great selection of items stocked in the bar fridge and snacks for purchase. Easy to walk to Central train station and the light rail. Plenty of dining options, pubs and bars within walking distance. Would stay again!
