Great location for catching trains, light rail etc. beautiful view from level 15. Room had everything we needed. Izzy was amazing, she was kind and welcoming even with our millions of questions. We did however encounter another staff member (we didn’t catch his name) who was quite rude, didn’t acknowledge us waiting and was quick to dismiss us when we checked out and left our baggage.

The room was lovely with all the amenities you would expect for a 5 star hotel and close proximity to transport. The bar is very expensive. Very disappointing the pool was too cold to enjoy and the main reason I picked this hotel was to relax and enjoy the heated pool as advertised.

A By Adina is a great, chic hotel located on George Street between high-end shops and Circular Quay. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which is actually a one bedroom apartment with an interconnecting second bedroom. There is noise from the construction of the Hunter Street metro station which starts at 7am.

We really loved how close it was to the trains and light rails. There are many fantastic bars around the area including the one inside the hotel. We had a few issues with things not being provided but contact with curators were easy.

Bed is comfortable. The coffee machine was missing a part and not set up to work (ie safety plastic not yet removed) but the staff were lovely & replaced it. The blinds and curtains are really frustrating to work out. They are at most entertaining but yes frustrating.
