This place is noisy. The room where I stayed is next to a busy road and traffic lights, so the noise is constant with either traffic or people walking past. Not a place I would recommend. I would recommend that the hotel invest in double or triple glazing on the windows. The room was small but clean tidy and acceptable. The hotel is charming, however very loud and ear plugs are a must.

This was a delightful find for my short night in Sydney last night. The pre-arrival communication was perfect to allow me to enter late and leave very early without anyone in attendance. Thank-you for setting this up. I was literally stunned by all the little details in my room with even some ear plugs for drowning out the noises of the street. The use of space in the room with loo and lovely shower was quite remarkable. This place is a gen and comes with my 100% recommendation.

Staff didn’t even have a clean pillow case or towel when I checked in at 6pm. The bed was shared with staff who left food everywhere, the room was dirty and mattress had bedbugs. Kitchen was even worse and people had cockroaches in their food boxes and in the cupboards too. The main door had a broken lock so they left a broom to keep it opened for people to be able to get in. Won’t be coming back and raise their level of cleanliness to the authorities 👎 run don’t stay

The Aircon i dont think work. The staff took 3 calls to answer and was very abrupt. There is no parkimg and on an extremely busy corner with no where to drop off. My mother is disabled and had to walk way to far to get to the hotel. I had to park up on the foot path to pick her up because there was no way she would make it back to the car. A huge cockroach was crawling around our room, i eventually was able to squish it. The bathroom was not disability friendly. You could hear everyone outside and nextdoor.

How can it be called the Airport hotel. It cost me $25 in a taxi and he could not park anywhere near it. The nearest restaurant and convenience store is more than 2km away down him and return up hill. The staff were pleasant and the accommodation albeit windowless was clean. I would rather sleep on a park bench the next time ... well you get what you pay for right but had I paid the Meriton etc I would have ended up paying the same including to and from transport ...
