Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay, along with access to your very own parking spot - a real bonus in Bondi! Once parked you can walk to the beach and nearby shops and relax.

- The apartment is on the first floor – around 15 steps from the entry

- As a coastal property leaving windows open may lead to insects flying in

- There is a Minut home sensor in this property, this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if some alarms are touched. Below in "other things to note" you will find more details on how we conduct check in, what we provide and other aspects of our service.

- There are building works to the outside of the building from 1st June for approximately 8 months. Works will be during the day only from 7am and no works on Sundays. There is no parking with the listing during this time.
