The Space:
This bright, modern studio is perched on the top floor, offering ultimate privacy and sweeping views from your private balcony. Recently renovated with contemporary finishes, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and features a comfortable queen-size bed, smart layout, and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the rooftop pool for a relaxing dip with incredible views from sunrise to sunset.
Laundry facilities are located just steps away on the same level, making longer stays convenient. Whether youâre here to explore Bondiâs iconic surf culture or simply relax in a stylish, well-located spaceâthis studio delivers both comfort and location.
**Please note there is no access to the rooftop - Construction on going duration of this is 20 weeks. (2nd of June, 2025) Demolition work is scheduled 26th May til 11th of November, 2025

The laundry facility (washer and dryer) is a shared laundry facility. $3 per wash or dry.
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment. The pool is one floor up stairs and shared. The laundry room in on the same floor.
