Please keep the key properly. Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm, building manager working time , if guests lock themselves out, we can send email to let reception to help guest in, all other times, guest will be charged for a delivery fee or locksmith fee.

Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check out by 10AM, Check out time is strictly at 10AM, any late late check out will incur late check fee of A$30.00 per hour Please wash dishes/ clean oven&stove if you use them.
