This hotel is undergoing exterior improvements, but the interior, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Area is safe and is quiet, would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Hotel was old and dated. Carpet stains in rooms and overall property needs to be upgraded. No elevator which required all bags to be carried down the staircases. Breakfast area was very small - capable of accommodating only about 2-3 families at a time.

Motel is getting new roof. Roofing punctured a trailer tire and truck tire. When i stated this to the desk staff, i was told the maintenance man was picking up nails today. Was left on my own with no help or even direction of where ro get help. Stay away. Poor parking, old motel. There is a reason its cheap....lesson learned.

Stayed for one night after the ferry from Newfoundland. Friendly check in. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in the morning. Eggs, sausage, bagels toast etc. great to get started in the morning. Easy in and out to highway. About a 15 minute walk to the downtown area restaurants.

Nicely located and great service, Carpet would need to be replaced by tile or similar for a better feeling because the room was a bit smelly (most likely due to the carpet)
