Convenient to 3 sisters

Close to 3 sisters. This is quite basic as it has been there as long as I can remember, 50+ years. So doesn’t have ultra modern features. It was comfortable and was fine for a 1 night stay.

I had the King Suite and it was light, clean and airy. It stated mountain views but I had to peer between trees to get a glimpse of rock. It’s more carpark views. I don’t have a problem with the carpark but don’t state mountain views.

Great Location, needing renovation

Stayed 1 night, room was in need of renovation. Bathroom had been tidied up with paint that was missing from tiles and walls. Bed was comfortable until 2 people slept on it and both would roll to the middle. There was hardly any room to walk down sides of bed. Curtains not block out, and do not fit windows properly, allowing street lights to shine in. TV struggled with reception and aircon kept shutting off. No water saving in practice - single flush toilet and no restriction on shower

My flights into Sydney changed and I arrived a day later than expected. They didnt make any effort to reimburse my room, even though I gave then the opportunity to resell it. There had been a storm and I was told there was no wifi becuse if it but al the other hotels in the area had wifi. I had to go and do my work in a different hotel during the day.

Convenient

Easy check-in/check-out, clean rooms, and even had a microwave in the room which we happily utilised. Beds were also comfortable. Would stay here again next time

We booked so we could go on the Grand Cliff Walk from Wentworth Falls to Scenic World. We chose here because it's not far off the track in case we needed to go take a break. However, the weekend was the worst weather, so we didn't end up going. But still, we had a great weekend away in Katoomba, and our room was perfect for our needs. Spotlessly clean, very quiet (no noise from the carpark or from neighbours). Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back here again.

3 day get away

Did not get the city view that was advertised on the hotels.com site. Jack the receptionist said that they do not have an upgraded room with a city view at all, which is falls advertising. Found a fly with maggots on my bed, on my first night, so requested to be transferred to another room which was granted and the receptionist gave the key without a word. The room I was transferred to, was more spacious and the shower drainage did not smell unlike the initial room. Overall the rest of my stay was pretty good minus the initial hiccups. Motel is minutes from the 3 sisters, bus stop right in front of the motel and hand made choc shop just around the corner.

Amazing staff, great location, love that the bathroom and everything was renovated. Wish the pillows weren’t as flat and the room did have a very funky smell on the first night, but after asking for room spray it was okay.

The location of the motel is very convenient. It's situated a few minutes walk to the 3 sisters. The room was small but nice. The little fridge was noisy.
