Cozy older style accommodation. Room very clean and comfortable for a peaceful stay. Very close to public transport, shops and Rushcutters Bay park. A very walkable location. The breakfast box is a nice addition. Would definitely stay again. Considering its close proximity to the busy New South Head Road, the room was very quiet.

Highly recommended.

Very nice, low-key hotel in bust Edgecliff. The attendant was friendly and very accommodating to two weary travelers who had just landed from 24 hours of flying. He offered us an early check in so that we could refresh ourselves and enjoy the city without worrying about carrying our luggage around. This is a hotel with no frills amenities, which is what we liked after our long day of travel. Highly recommended for those who are on a budget.

In a central location on a busy road, but our room was quiet. loved the breakfast option. Easy and no fuss. Great cafes nearby. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Bathroom very clean and hot water flow was strong.

My one night stay at Edgecliff Lodge Motel was excellent. Clean, affordable, close to Edgecliff train station and a short walk to Rushcutters Bay. I didn’t have a car which might partly explain for my high review, compared to low reviews from people with cars. It was very easy to arrange to pick up my key from the safe-box as I arrived after office hours, which I appreciated. It’s not the Ritz but it is an excellent budget accommodation for travellers to Sydney CBD who don’t have a car.

The shower didn't work after Day 1 due to a dodgy plumbing master tap not functioning. A request for a more than reasonable10% refund was ignored. We are a family of 4 in a family room (Room 117) for 2 nights. Otherwise, all good . The boxed breakfasts are welcome.

Doors had thick dust clumpings around the frames. Neither front door or bathroom door sealed properly allowing for a draft to enter the room. Tiles in bathroom not clean with what appeared to be mold growing in the gaps. Staff where nice and friendly and room for the most part clean and tidy.

The room was just fine. Small rooms, the toilet door literally bangs with the pot, they mentioned continental breakfast but it was literally a packed breakfast in a box. There was milk in the fridge but it was already used and it was stinking. The bed was fine but was dirty and smelly, had to put perfume before sleeping on it lol.
