The room was dirty. Floors were not swept, light sockets were nasty, shower curtain was dirty, no fan in bathroom, hole in the wall, fire alarm hanging from ceiling. Pictures on Expedia did not look anything like the room we had. Had to call and get more clean towels, no maid service for a full week. Only good thing about the room was the clean bedding. The restaurant was very good.

Booked 2 nights. Had family emergency the second night so we checked out at 9am and asked for our money back the second night as we were not staying. The manager would not respond to emails and still got charged for the second night even though we were not there. Very run down and not updates. Will not stay again.

First room they put me in the TV was broken and the lights didn’t work. Second room had a chemotherapy cap left in the bed, I guess from the previous stay. My company books these trips so I’ll likely request not to stay here again.

I enjoyed the uniqueness of the property. It was old, but the room was clean and spacious. The internet was a little slow, but the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was not grand--but certainly sufficient. It may not be as posh as some other places, but fair enough--it's less expensive.

The hotel property is quite old, and the rooms were not maintained properly. The air conditioning was not working well, which made the stay uncomfortable. The food service staff was rude and irresponsible, and basic things were not provided properly. Overall, we were not happy with the service. The only positives were the good location and decent parking facilities.
