With FREE unlimited superfast top-tier NBN WIFI available throughout the villa, accommodating up to max 16 guests in 5 King bedrooms, a media room that can accommodate a further 2 adults if needed (on floor mattresses) and a fun quad bunkroom for 4 adults/kids...the JET FLAMINGO Beach House is perfect for groups (friends/ wedding/ corporate/ etc) or extended families.

The house is perfect for big lunches and sunset cocktails and getting the crew together, however is not suitable for events or parties - pls contact us for further information if you have something in mind. Additionally only the people staying at the house are allowed to be in the house.

Beach House villa is clean and fresh having been through a renovation in 2022 and features a fully equipped kitchen and living area that is set up to accommodate groups up to 16 people. There is a large outside dining table in the Euro-style courtyard that is perfect for dining and get-together’s both summer and winter. There are multiple chill-out areas with large smart Samsung TV’s for Netflix etc.

Beach House villa is our 3rd Jet Flamingo villa in Bondi and sits alongside our other two Villas. This villa has not yet been renovated fully but is clean, freshly painted and all beds and bedding are brand-new. All beds have luxurious 5* hotel mattresses with extra support for a sound nights sleep. All bedding has natural fibre 5* hotel quality linen, with all stays including additional towels and beach-towels.

The Beach House villa features a washing machine and dryer for laundering your clothes during your stay. There is enough seating and chairs for your group to relax & enjoy our unique and very fun focused Bondi villa. There is off-street parking for two cars with additional parking for a further two cars if needed possible over the kerb (not strictly legal but accepted in Bondi ), Jet Flamingo’s ‘The Beach House’ is a fun casual house and was built with socialising and groups in mind, the vibe and location will help you create lifetime memories; we look forward to welcoming you.

The villa has a strict NO PARTY policy & we do NOT accept Bucks or Bachelor parties at all. The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a Bucks weekend.
