This hotel requires a physical credit card or $100 cash deposit (refunded on check out) - you can not use a digital card. Once we got the cash sorted out, we were able to check in a little early. The room was clean and comfortable, very quiet, and excellent lighting. Close to QVB, some excellent cafes and restaurants, and easy walk/light rail to China Town.

Staff are helpful and approachable. Walking from train station to accommodation at midnight was reasonably safe. Room is small but clean and equipped with amenities for basic needs.

Great position for shopping. Easy walk to Darling Harbour. Close to Town Hall Station and light rail. Comfortable bed and great shower. Quiet even though we were close to the lifts.

Great place to stay with plenty of parking options available close by. Food, plenty of good and easy choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. Stayed here a few times now and cannot beat the rates and cleanliness of the place. Thanks and see you again soon I hope.

I didn’t like having to go up more stairs to my room. I find stairs hard to climb. The lift did not go to where I was staying although the room was very good

This is a great little city hotel. 2 minutes walk to QVB and light rail. The staff are lovely. The room is reasonably large and I love that the bed has a top sheet and no hot doona. Have stayed before and will stay again.
