Excellent location, large comfortable bed and good shower setup. Unfortunately there was also filthy/stained carpet around the bed and the aircon/heating was not controllable, leaving the room too cold at night and in the early morning. The bathroom was in need of some repairs to the wall tiles and fittings.

Love staying here for convenience. Basic, clean, safe, quiet and close to Town Hall. Super small rooms- esp good for solo traveler. Can hear some tram or train noises.
