An excellent base for my six nights in Sydney. Very clean and comfortable apartment and serviced during my stay. Staff second to none, as a solo traveller it is wonderful to be acknowledged in and out of the apartment and to be asked what I had done or was going to do. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Be wary if you are a very short person like myself, you won't be able to reach any cupboards in the kitchen or see into the microwave. Must have been designed by a giant. Whenever I have booked via this website, I have paid for the room at the time of booking. Meriton asked me to pay when we checked in. Strange protocol. Feel like I paid twice.

The apartment was dirty and worn - hair on floors, grime in bathrooms. The AC leaked in one of the rooms. None of the three ACs were working properly and it took a few hours to cool down the lounge area. The WiFi did not work properly and kept disconnecting us. This included on the lounge TV. Which meant we kept needing to reconnect to it every 30 minutes. We would not stay here again. Positives: The beds were comfortable and the office staff were lovely. We arrived 30 minutes early and they allowed early check in. Check in and parking was fairly seamless.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable, mattress and pillows were so comfy, best sleep I've had in a hotel. Great location, close to Hordern Pavilion - we walked through Moore Park to get to our event, so convenient. Shower pressure was great, hot water. No complaints would stay again.
