I’ve stayed here a few times, the room seems smaller than usual and the bathroom has been renovated to smaller. For example the toilet was not big enough to sit in the space given. If you’re a larger person you will definitely not fit. Cleaning behind the bedsides and under the bed is needed. Dropped a few items and moved them slightly was when I found super dusty areas. Staff especially the housekeeping are lovely and nice. Just the conditions of the hotel room needs improvement. Other than that, good location and overall stay.

This property is convenient to central station, a block from light rail. Has a great breakfast option and rooms are clean and held 3 of us with our luggage. Fabulous place to stay.

Very central to just about everything- food , light rail - hop on - hop off, parks and sightseeing! Price was reasonable and room was sufficient! Parking and live theatre in the area!

I booked a standard room but checked into a ‘junior suite’, which was nice and spacious. However, the room is quite dated and is way overdue for a refresh. I was on lower floor so can get a bit noisy in the evening from the street and the pub across the road - but this is all ok by midnight. It is serviceable for a 1 night stay.

Well located hotel, the rooms are somewhat dated and small, the bathrooms are poorly designed im 5’5 the shower was at my chest height, my friend 5’11 had to bend and sit in he bath to wash hair. There was no plug for the bath. The sink has a glass shelf which is inconvenient when cleaning teeth! You can’t fit the kettle under the sink tap. The hotel was noisy very poor insulation between rooms, and traffic noise was an issue throughout the night. The beds and pillows had no protectors on ! On the positive side we had two double beds in the room, the rooms were serviced daily, although the sheets weren’t changed only doubled up .. which I thought was odd There’s a Coles within an easy walk and plenty of places to eat nearby. Easy walk to museums, Anzac monument, the Rocks, Darling bay etc

Great location right in the CBD of Sydney. Excellent location for public transportation, food and restaurant options, shopping and entertainment. We loved it. Lovely clean room, serviced daily. Friendly staff. Nice pool and pool area for those hot days. We will be back again one day!!

I stayed in Room 1111 and there is ZERO internet wifi signal in the room. If you need wifi access you need to sit outside the room...next to the occupants of the room next door 1110 who also have zero Internet access. Don't bother telling the staff, they are completely disinterested in the issue. I asked for compensation as I paid for Internet access and was advised that Reception would speak to the manager and that's the last I heard of it. Reception exists to check in and check out which is a seamless process and anything beyond that......???
