Not a bad hotel for an average area, great dining options in the RSL connected to the hotel, awesome steak restaurant and the woodfired pizza is great, nice atmosphere as well. Hotel could do with some small updates, towels were thin and felt tired, bed was comfy and rooms are big

Very easy free parking , spacious and very clean room. Very convenient to West HQ and the Colusium for a concert. Plenty of variety at breakfast and food was hot which doesn’t always happen at a buffet. We would happily stay here again.

Aircon was broken and it was a 36 degree day with kids, phone was broken and I informed them and they still tried to call me on it for our breakfast and advertisement was deceiving as it says pool included but it’s free admission to aquatic centre across the road.

We loved the extra small free items such as 2 free fresh water bottles, 2 bottles of soft drink in our small bar fridge. The room was very clean spacious.

Great hotel, very clean, comfy bed nice big room, lots of parking and very convenient to train station and bus also walker able to the shops, nice heat pool, big gym which I didn’t have time to use it, great food too. Great staff very friendly and helpful and thanks for the compliment I had in my room ( soft drinks for the 5 days ) I was staying. I had a great time staying in Novotel Hotel, I highly recommended to everyone.

We asked for an early checkin noting that this might not be available. Was told when we got there, on way to funeral nothing available in whole building. Very short time later that room available but would cost $100. At no point had this been mentioned prior to this point. The staff were not helpful and were rude
