This property is modern, clean and conveniently located. There is access to train station under building (2 stops from airport and 1 from Central) and there are many restaurants and cafes in Green Square area. Woolworths is also around the corner. The reception staff were also professional and friendly.

Great hotel in wonderful location

Loved my stay at this great hotel. The pillows were a bit too high profile so sleep wasn't the best for me personally and I didn't like no tv in view from bed but other than that I thoroughly loved it and the location. The cleaning staff on particular did a wonderful job during my stay of the rooms

It is our third time staying in One Global and I won’t even thought about staying in other hotel every time we visit Sydney. Perfect location, just right next to the train station, it takes less than 15 mins traveling from the airport to the hotel, and just a few station away from the CBD area. The rooms are spacious and clean, very model design, the kitchen and washing machine/dryer making it perfect for family holiday (esp with kids). Woolworth, coffee shop and other restaurants are just right across the street. The staff are all friendly, helpful, 10 of out 10 service, the airport link was closed on the day we left Sydney, the front desk team got me a taxi in less than 4 mins sending me and the kids to the airport. Definitely will stay in One Global again for the forth time and more.

The customer service from this property was absolutely gold. We had to check out early as our child was unwell and they gave us a hotel credit. Every single staff member at the front desk was absolutely amazing. From assistance to communication.

Cleanliness was terrible, apartment was not cleaned proper, bed sheets had blood strains. No dental kit, and no slippers were available in the apartment. We checked in late around 11:15 PM and no drinking water bottles were in the room considering no stores were open that time. Got two bottles on request. The best part of this property is the location. The metro station is 3 mins walk and Woolworth metro is also 2 mins walking distance. The wash basin sunk down with just keeping a few dishes & the dish washer was not even working well. The laundry area had a terrible pungent odor & so does the fridge which indicated the terrible cleaning of the property.

A great location with convenient access to the train system that can quickly take you down to the CBD, as well as to and from the airport. Lots of amenities around the property as well. Only concern was that while the general look of the property and the fitting's were impressive, finer aspects of cleaning within the rooms and corridors were a bit lacking.

The receptionist upon on our arrival was very helpful and carrying, we asked the day before to check in at 1pm but when we arrived it wasn’t possible as it was Easter Sunday and there was not much staff. We asked if we can use the pool and he helped us straight away . When we came nack from the pool the room was still not ready and asked us to wait for and then 5 minutes later, he upgraded us to a different suit. So I will definitely go back there.

A very convenient location situated right on the main train line from the Airport. Apartment was well appointed and tidy and wifi and google chromecast TV were good. Good dining options and a metro supermarket is close by. Very easy check in process. We enjoyed our stay and is a nice change from downtown Sydney.

Wonderful views and well accommodating to international travelers. However, it was very noisy from street performers and high traffic area. During my stay there was a group of thugs that wouldn’t leave the area. Police was notified by other guest but it didn’t stop them from using vulgar language and attempted break ins. I Didn’t feel safe and I will NOT book this beautiful building again.
